Can I send a gift card with a personalized message in my gift baskets?

Yes! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your basket will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Can I order a basket today and have it shipped a week from now?

Yes you can. To specify SHIPPING date, when ordering your baskets just place the date in which you would like the item SHIPPED in the comments area and we will hold your order until that date. This makes gift giving easier, you can order your gifts when you have the time and still have them shipped when you want them to. All baskets are shipped ground which takes up to 6 business days.

Please note: You may specify shipping dates for all packages, however DELIVERY date may only be specified on items shipped 2nd day or overnight. Choose the proper shipping option taking note of when we will ship the item (see below) and note in the comments area when you would like the item to arrive.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders made BEFORE 4:00 pm EST will be shipped the FOLLOWING business day. Orders AFTER 4:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped within TWO business days unless you have indicated a later shipping/delivery time on your order. PLEASE TAKE CAREFUL NOTE OF THIS INFORMATION when shipping second day or overnight. (For example: if ordering on Monday at 6:00 pm and wanting the item to arrive on Wednesday you must choose OVERNIGHT shipping as the order will not be processed until Tuesday). Items are shipped from California. Please allow 6 additional business days from the processing date for delivery when choosing regular shipping. What are your hours of operation?

We are available to take your orders 24/7 via our website. See above for shipping information.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your money! Simply email us at customerservice@findaperfectgift.com within 5 days or receiving your order and we will send you necessary instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot refund any shipping costs initially paid. Flowers cannot be returned, however, if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All items being ordered from Washington state will be charged 8.2% sales tax. Please email any questions to customerservice@findaperfectgift.com.

Where can I have items shipped?

We currently ship to the entire United States. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the US. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but, please add $20 to the listed shipping price.

How will I know if my order was sent?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been processed.

Do you make custom baskets?

Yes, we do make custom baskets within certain limitations. If you would like more information on this option please email us at customerservice@findaperfectgift.com.

Do you give any discounts for ordering multiple baskets?

Yes we do. The minimum order for a quantity discount is 10. Email customerservice@findaperfectgift.com before placing your order for more details.

What else do I need to know?

To ensure prompt delivery we reserve the right to substitute a like item for an out of stock item. For example, we may substitute bubble bath for bath crystals.
