Our PoliciesWe are available to take your orders 24/7 via our website. All orders made before 4:00 pm EST will be processed the FOLLOWING business day. Orders after 4:00 pm EST will be processed within TWO business days unless you have indicated a later shipping time on your order. Items are shipped from California. PLEASE ALOW 6 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE PROCESSING DATE FOR DELIVERY WHEN CHOOSING REGULAR SHIPPING. For any questions regarding when your order will be shipped, please email us at customerservice.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your money. Simply email us at customerservice.com within 5 days or receiving your order and we will send you necessary instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot refund any shipping costs initially paid. Flowers cannot be returned, however, if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us as soon as possible. All items being ordered from Washington state will be charged 8.2% sales tax. Please email any questions to customerservice@findaperfectgift.com. We currently ship to the entire United States. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the US. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but, please add .00 to the listed shipping price. To ensure prompt delivery we reserve the right to substitute a like item for an out of stock item. For example, we may substitute bubble bath for bath crystals. Deliveries are not available on the above listed holidays. Deliveries are not available the day after the above listed holidays. All Direct from the Grower Gifts are unconditionally* guaranteed to arrive fresh and beautiful every time you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product quality upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge. To ensure that your roses arrive in a timely fashion, please check that all information entered on the order form is complete and accurate. We MUST have a local phone number where the recipient can be reached if further delivery instructions are required. All of our products are delivered next day by Overnight Courier. All orders have a signature release that enables the courier to release the shipment at the requested location without a signature (if deemed to be a safe location). This may not apply to apartments, hospitals, schools and companies, where a signature may be requested. Ultimately it is up to the courier whether or not to leave the package. It is important that the recipient of this beautiful gift carefully reads and follows the directions outlined on the "Care Information" card included with each giftbox. This care information is designed to supply your recipient with the ability to enhance the life of your gift for as long as possible. This care information is also available from our website. *This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information. *Guarantee is valid for 5 days. Any problems must be submitted to customerservice.comwithin 5 days of receiving all products. If your order has not been released to the supplier we would be more than happy to make any changes or cancel the order. Changes cannot be made the day of shipping or delivery. During floral holidays we need to receive all changes or cancellations at least five business days prior to the delivery date. For inquiries regarding changes or cancellations we suggest sending an email to customerservice.com. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive e-mail confirmation as soon as your order is processed. Your tracking number will follow closer to the actual date of shipping. Please include the following information when placing an order going to a hospital or large office complex: Recipients First and Last Name, Company or Hospital Name, Full Street Address, Floor Number and Room or Suite Number. We strongly suggest contacting the Company or Hospital to find out their policy on deliveries. For example, most courier deliveries are required to go to the shipping and receiving department as the courier does not have permission to deliver directly to the recipient. When sending to a hospital, please ensure the patient will not be discharged from the hospital prior to or on the day of the flower delivery. When sending to a company please ensure the recipient is working on the day of delivery. NOTE: For best results, give the destination address of where the recipient is most likely to be between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. A telephone number for the recipient is required in the event they need to be contacted for further delivery instructions. Since our flowers are cut fresh and sent from the grower, there are NO SUNDAY OR MONDAY DELIVERIES. Orders are only delivered Tuesday through Saturday. Since orders are delivered via overnight courier service, please be advised that any orders being sent to a corporate institution (office building, hospital etc.) may be delivered to the Shipping and Receiving Department. This is usually mandatory due to security reasons. We recommend contacting the facility prior to ordering to find out their policy on receiving orders via courier. The recipient's physical street address is required. Delivery is not available to Post Offices Boxes or Rural Routes. |
